Base Station Capabilities
A single base station can handle up to eight lines, six handsets, and three simultaneous calls.
Note the top of the phone's screen; there are three handset icons. A hollow icon means "available," while a
solid icon means "in use." If all three icons are solid, you will not be able to make an additional call.

Placing a Call

Press the [TALK] or [SPEAKER] button and dial the number.
You may press the [#] button to immediately connect the call, or wait until it dials automatically.
You may also dial a number first and then press the [TALK] or [SPEAKER] button.

Answering A Call

When you hear the ringer, the MWI will also flash.
You may either press the [TALK] or [SPEAKER] button, or the flashing [CALL] softkey.

Speaker Phone

Press the [SPEAKER] button to activate; press the [TALK] button to return to handset mode.
Silencing A Call
Press the [SILENCE] softkey or [OFF] button as the phone rings. After ringing, the caller will
proceed to the next call handling rule as defined in your Phone.com Control Panel (typically this is
voicemail).

Ending A Call
