11. Crankcase / Crank
Apply a layer of grease on the lip of oil seal
Clean the crankshaft with clean solvent.
Install the oil seal in the left crankcase with special
Oil seal driver
tool.
Special tool:
Crank shaft install socket & oil seal driver
SYM-2341110- HMA RB1
Tensioner
Setting plate
Install the cam chain tensioner & and tighten the
bolts.
Torque value: 1.2~1.6kgf-m
Install the cam chain.
Install the cam chain setting plate.
