Ordering Replacement Parts

Please review the following information before placing any order with the Diamondback Warranty De-
partment:
1. Look up the needed part the Diamondback exercise unit in the appropriate Service Manual. There
are pages that list all sub assembly parts in the Service Manual.
2. The part will be marked with a three (3) digit number. This number corresponds to the last three (3)
numbers in the DB SKU (DB stock keeping unit number). On the Parts List page, all drawing numbers
are listed in ascending numerical order. Next to the drawing number, we list the full DB SKU number,
part description, and page number where you will fi nd the exploded view of the part you have se-
lected.
3. When you turn to the proper page, the Diamondback SKU number will be at the top and the picture
will show all the items that are included with that specifi c part.
4. If the part is to be ordered as a warranty replacement, be prepared to give the following information
at your time of order placement:
a. The type and model unit.
b. The purchase date.
c. The serial number of the unit.
d. The symptoms the unit is displaying.
