Changing the initial settings

To set the delay time

You can adjust the delay time of each speaker.
Selecting each speaker distance, which is on the basis of
the distance between the front speakers and the listening
position, sets an appropriate delay time. Check that what
the distance to each speaker is and set distance values
following the procedure.

press ENTER.
CENTER SPEAKER: Center speaker

Use 5/∞ to select the delay time and press
ENTER.
When you select [CENTER SPEAKER], you can
select the delay time from [0.0m] to [1.5m] in 30cm
units.
When you select [REAR SPEAKER], you can select
the delay time from [0.0m] to [4.5m] in 30cm units.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 if you set other
speakers.
• To return to the [SPK.SETTING] page
Use 5/∞ to move
to [RETURN] and press ENTER.
NOTE
• For the speaker(s) whose size is set to [NONE], the
delay time cannot be set.
