CRANKCASE

INSTALLATION

1. Install:
• Balancer driven gear 1
• Boss 2
NOTE:
Align the punch mark a on the boss with the punch
mark b on the balancer driven gear.
2. Install:
• Balancer driven gear assembly 1
• Balancer shaft 2
NOTE:
Align the projection a on the balancer shaft with
the slot b in the balancer driven gear.
3. Install:
• Water pump drive gear 1
NOTE:
Align the punch mark a on the water pump gear
with the shorter spline b on the balancer shaft end.
4. Install:
• Balancer weight 1 1
• Balancer weight 2 2
• Washer
• Lock washer
• Balancer weight bolts
NOTE:
Align the punch mark a on the balancer weight
with the shorter spline b on the balancer shaft end.
