TIP:
If the steering pad 3 is not installed securely,
the upper handlebar cover 4 cannot be
installed properly onto the lower handlebar
cover.
3. Install the upper handlebar cover 4, and
then tighten the screws 5 and 6 to the
specified torque.

1 N·m (0.1 kgf·m, 0.7 ft·lb)
TIP:
Align the portions a on the upper handlebar
cover with the portions b on the lower han-
dlebar cover.
