The rigging should normally last about six years but it should
be wiped down at leasl once a year. Initially rhe oil in the
wire will be squeered oot and will collect dirl, so it is recom-
mended to wipe it down two or three times in rhe f irst year. '
Please ensure that the lee mizzen backstay is always attached
erren if it is not set up, as this will prevent the hook from
rotating.
