POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Normal Operation
STOP is a normally closed input. Press the RESET button and make
sure the STOP LED turns on. Check to make sure the jumper wire is
connected between the COM and STOP input on the control board.
Battery voltage is below the recommended operating voltage.
• Inadequate charging. Disconnect all batteries and verify AC power or
solar input can power board.
• Verify that the battery fuses are intact and not blown. Replace blown
fuses with same type and rating.
• Batteries are old. Replace old batteries with 922GA battery
replacement kit.
Batteries do not have enough capacity to operate gate.
• Inadequate charging. Disconnect all batteries and verify AC power or
solar input can power board.
• Verify that the battery fuses are intact and not blown. Replace blown
fuses with same type and rating.
• Batteries are old. Replace old batteries with 922GA battery
replacement kit.
• Gate 1 hit an obstruction. Make sure the gate travel is clear and the
gate moves freely.
• Bad connection to Gate 1 arm. Check the green and white wires on
the motor arm to make sure they are secure in the connector.
• Bad arm or control board. Enter the Learn Limits mode and attempt to
move the arm on Gate 1. If the arm does not move continuously, move
it to the Gate 2 connector and repeat the attempt to move the arms. If
the arm does not move continuously on either Gate 1 or 2, the arm is
faulty.
• Gate 1 hit an obstruction. Make sure that gate travel is clear and that
gate moves freely.
• Force Dial is set too low. Increase the Force Dial setting and verify that
the gate moves without reversing and that it can still reverse off an
obstruction.
• Gate 2 hit an obstruction. Make sure that gate travel is clear and that
gate moves freely.
• Bad connection to Gate 2 arm. Check the green and white wires on
the motor arm to make sure they are secure in the connector.
• Bad arm or control board. Enter the Learn Limits mode and attempt to
move the arm on Gate 2. If the arm does not move continuously, move
it to the Gate 1 connector and repeat the attempt to move the arm. If
the arm does not move continuously on either Gate 1 or 2, the arm is
faulty.

obstruction.
• Cycle power. If problem persists, call technical support.
• If problem does not resolve itself by cycling power, a new board may
be needed.
