INSTALL HANDLES
1. To install the door handles on those models shipped without them, first remove the screw
from the end cap on the fresh food door. NOTE: not all units have a lower trim piece.
2. Slide the door trim down on the fresh food door, exposing the trim support bracket
screws. Remove this screw and retain it as you will need to reinstall it shortly.
3. Slip the handle onto the door and align the screw holes. Install the handle using the two
(2) cross head screws included in the customer package. Now reinstall the support bracket
screw through the handle and trim support bracket using either a cross head or socket driver.
Make sure the door handle assembly is outside of the trim support bracket.
4. Slide the trim back snug against the handle and reinstall the end cap.
5. The hand and trim for the freezer door is one piece. Slip this assembly over the freezer
door so the screw holes align. NOTE: The handle portion of the assembly must be on the
bottom of the freezer door.
6. Install two (2) screws through the door handle to the bottom of the door.
7. Install a screw through the metal handle frame at the top of the door.
8. Slide the trim piece down onto the trim bracket.
9. Place the trim cap on the top of the door, and secure it with a screw.
