11. Pre-screw the upper enclosure lid from your
inverter onto the replacement device using the six
screws and the corresponding conical spring
washers, and then tighten them in the sequence
1 to 6 (torque: 53 lb-in. (6.0 Nm)). The grooved
side of the conical spring washer must face the
screw head.
☑ The teeth of the conical spring washers press into the upper enclosure lid. This grounds the
upper enclosure lid.
12. Place the lower enclosure lid from your inverter in
position on the replacement device and flip it
down. The screws should be protruding from the
lower enclosure lid.
13. Tighten all six screws of the lower enclosure lid
with an Allen key (AF 3) in the order 1 to 6
(torque 17.7 lb-in. (2.0 Nm)).
14. Mount, (see section 5, page 22) connect (see section 6, page 28) and commission the
replacement device (see section 7, page 39).
