    INSTALLATION AND SAFETY _______________________________ In order to assure that this high-quality and easy-to-use TV set will be able to provide you with good service and pleasure for a long time to come, it is impor- tant that you observe the following points when installing the set. This set has been designed for the reception and reproduction of picture and sound signals.

The manufacturer will offer no liability for damage resulting from unauthorized tampering. Be sure that the mains cable is not damaged at any time. Storms represent a danger for every type of electrical device. Even if the set is switched off, it could be damaged by a lightning strike hitting the mains and/or the aerial lead.
