PROBLEM
The operation life of a
battery becomes short.
NOTES:
• If the suggested remedy does not solve the problem, do not try to repair the device -
no parts of the unit are user serviceable. Return the unit to an authorised OMRON
dealer.
• The device should be serviced once a year by an approved OMRON service centre.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
CAUSE
The battery has not been
fully charged.
The battery life has been
exceeded.
Battery operation time has
deteriorated due to the
battery being recharged
before it has been fully
discharged.
The battery is being used
at low temperatures.

Charge the battery until it is
fully charged.
Operation life of the battery
will be reduced to about half
after the battery has been
charged/discharged about 300
times. It should be replaced
when a fully charged battery
only lasts for 15-20 minutes.
Fully discharge and recharge
the battery 2 or 3 times. This
should restore the battery to
full capacity. If full capacity
is not restored, the battery life
has been exceeded. Replace
the battery with a new one.
The battery capacity is
reduced at low temperatures.
When using the compressor
with the battery, make sure
the temperature is above
10ºC.
