PROBLEM
The device is abnormally
loud.
The device is very hot.
The device stops soon
when using the
rechargeable battery, or
operation time is short.
Green charging indicator
of the charger blinks when
a fully charged battery is
recharged.
The charging indicator
does not light when a
battery is mounted on the
charger.
The charging indicator
does not go out even when
a battery is removed from
the charger.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
CAUSE
Is the air filter cover
attached correctly?
The compressor is
covered by cloth.
Is the rechargeable
battery charged
sufficiently?
The battery has expired.
Has the battery been left
unused for a long time?
Is the battery allowed to
fully rundown before it is
recharged?
It takes a few seconds for
the charger to detect the
charge level of the battery.
The connector plug of the
AC adapter has not been
inserted in the charger.
The AC adapter is not
connected to a power
source.
The connector between
the battery and charger is
dirty.
The battery is not
connected correctly.
The battery life has been
exceeded.
The charger is damaged.

Attach the air filter cover
correctly.
Remove the cloth.
Charge the battery.
Replace with a new battery.
Rundown, then recharge the
battery two or three times.
Rundown, then recharge the
battery two or three times.
The indicator will change
from blinking to lit after a
few seconds.
(* However, this type of use
will reduce battery life.)
Insert the connector correctly.
Connect the adapter to a
power source.
Wipe the connector clean
with gauze or other absorbent
material.
Press the battery until it clicks
into place on the charger.
Replace the battery with a
new one.
Contact an authorised
OMRON dealer for repairs.
