Recycling the NiMH Battery Pack
The procedure below should only be performed by an OMRON service
representative or recycling agent.
NOTE:
Never attempt to disassemble the battery yourself.
1. Turn the battery upside down.
2. Remove the four rubber feet.
3. Remove the four screws.
4. Remove the bottom cover.
5. Remove the connector between the battery pack and the terminals.
6. Remove the NiMH battery pack.
NOTE:
Handle the NiMH battery pack with care to avoid leaks and possible burns.
Disposal of Batteries
The battery uses a nickel metal hydride battery that can be recycled. Always dispose
of or recycle the battery in accordance with local regulations. Return the battery and
this instruction manual to your OMRON service representative or take it to a recycling
agent for disposal.
