To Set Heavy Paper or Transparencies in a

Paper Source

When you set heavy paper or transparencies, in a
paper source, be sure to correctly set the paper type.
Otherwise, the paper could jam.
Register Paper Type
If the desired paper
type is not displayed,
press [Detailed
Settings] and select
the paper type from
the list.
To Register User-Defi ned Text for Page
Numbers and Watermarks
Register Characters for Page
No./Watermark
You can register specific
text to be placed on your
documents using the
Pg/Copy Set Numbering
Watermark/Print Date,
or [Watermark] for the
Secure Watermark
mode. This is useful for
printing the same text on
various documents.
