DTC TROUBLESHOOTING

DTC "25" (C1625): WHEEL SPEED SENSOR RELATED MALFUNCTION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Incorrect tire size, poor tire pressure, deformed wheel, wheel
spinning, incorrect tooth count, interference at one or more
wheels, permanent bad signal, etc.
Step 1
1) Check that the specified tires are installed.
TIRE TYPE:
Front: DUNLOP D220FST 120/60ZR17M/C 55W
: DUNLOP D220FST M 120/60ZR17M/C 55W
Rear: DUNLOP D220ST L 160/60ZR17M/C 69W
Are the tires OK?
YES
Go to step 2.
NO
Use the specified tires.
Step 2
1) Make sure the tire pressure for each tire.
(#SV650/SK3 2-29)

TIRE PRESSURE

Is the tire pressure for each tire correct?
YES
Go to step 3.
NO
Adjust the tire pressure.
Step 3
1) Inspect both wheel speed sensor rotors for damage and
check that no foreign objects are caught in the rotor open-
ings.
Are the rotors OK?
YES
Go to step 4.
NO
Clean or replace the rotor.
