fuse on this board is connected to the ground through a resistance (88 Ω).
Consequently, the fuse is blown and the LLIFE signal is switched from HIGH to LOW.
When LLIFE becomes LOW, IC600 switches LPCTL to HIGH and shuts down the lamp
power (65 VDC) from the power supply unit. When the power is shut off, and LPST
(LPFAL) becomes HIGH, IC600 detects power off in the lamp and starts the cooling
down sequence.

prevention of malfunctions.
