SECTION D:

TEST RUN

1.
Make sure the flue pipe is installed properly.
2.
Make sure the fuel tank is installed properly. Make sure there is no fuel leakage.
3.
Make sure there is no water leaking from piping. (Plumbing)
4.
Make sure electrical connections and grounding are wired properly.
5.
Make sure the floor is stable and can withstand strong vibration and the weight of a full water heater.
6.
Make sure the area is free of flammable materials.
7.
Check for air trapped in fuel lines.
1.
Open the fuel supply valve.
2.
Press "POWER SWITCH" to "ON". "OPERATION" lamp will come on. Automatic operation is based upon
the temperature of water inside the heat exchanger. "BURNER" lamp is lit when the burner is in its oper-
ation mode.
NOTE: When operating for the first time or after running out of fuel, ignition may not occur because of
air in the fuel line. In that case, remove air as described in the previous section.
