The FOCUS switch is used to select whether focus adjustment should take place in the auto mode or the
manual mode.
FOCUS Switch
The auto focus function will be operating and the camera automatically focuses on

the subject.
The focus is manually adjusted by turning the FOCUS ring on the lens section.
MANU
For manual focusing,
Depending on the subject and the shooting conditions, focusing may not be obtainable in the auto focus
mode. In this case, adjust the focus in the manual mode.
