FRONT FORK

INSTALLATION

Reverse the removal procedure.
The following points should be remembered
1. Install:
• Front fork:
• Stopper ring
NOTE:
Attach the stopper ring correctly on the inner
tube groove.
2. Tighten:
• Positioning bolt (lower bracket)
Positioning bolt (inner lever arm)
30 Nm (3.0 m • kg, 22 ft • lb)
3. Install:
• Front wheel
• Brake calliper
• Clasp (brake hose)
• Speedometer cable

• Front mudguard
See chapter 3, section "FRONT BODY-
WORK MUDGUARD"
Wheel axle
48 Nm (4.8 m • kg, 35 ft • lb)
