ASSEMBLING THE CRANKCASE

1. Apply:
• sealant
(onto the crankcase mating surfaces)
Quick Gasket
ACC-1100-15-01
NOTE:
@
Do not allow any sealant to come into contact
with the oil gallery.
2. Install:
• dowel pins 1
3. Install:
• left crankcase 1
(onto the right crankcase)
Use the crankshaft installing tool.

Crankshaft installer bolt 3

Crankshaft installer adapter
(M10) 4
YU-90062
4. Install:
• crankcase screws
NOTE:
Tighten each bolt 1/4 of a turn at a time, in
stages and in a crisscross pattern.
5. Apply:
• engine oil
(onto the crankshaft pins bearings and oil
delivery holes)
6. Check:
• crankshaft and transmission operation
Rough movement → Repair.
