Disengage the hooks which fasten the PG Lever Complement to the CR Guide
Shaft, and take out the PG Lever Complement and belleville spring.

Remove the one screw (C.B.S.-TITE (P4), 3x6, F/ZN) securing the Parallelism
Adjusting Bush to the Main Frame, and tilt the Parallelism Adjusting Bush
forward and remove it from the CR Guide Shaft.

Shift the CR Guide Shaft to the right and remove it, together with the CR Unit,
from the Main Frame.

Although removing the CR Guide Shaft only is possible, never
C A U T I O N
do that; be sure to remove it together with the CR Unit. If the
CR Guide Shaft only is removed, the nozzle surface of the Print
Head comes in contact with the front surface of the paper guide,
thus missing dots can be caused.
10. Remove the CR Guide Shaft from the CR Unit.

When installing the CR Unit on the Main Frame, make certain
that the CR Grounding Plate and CR Slider are grounded to the
specified points on the CR Unit.
