CAUSE
No power present

Caution: Label all wires prior to
disconnection when servicing
controls. Wiring errors can
cause improper and dangerous
operation.
Verify proper operation after
servicing.
SOLUTION
Ensure power cord is plugged in and
turned on
Ensure gas supply is turned on
Re-ignite after power is restored
Purge air (installer)
Repeat lighting procedure
Turn gas off at meter and call installer
Allow fire to run on HIGH for 15 minutes

Ensure appliance fan switch is in ON
position
No action required
Call service department/agent
Allow fire to warm up
Remove and clean glass
