[clock]
The time is indicated on the time
display panel. The time can be set with
the [clock] function.

Setting the time

1. Press the options" button until
[clock] is selected with a triangle.
2. Activate by pressing the +"
selection button (function is
framed).
3. Press the +" or -" selection
buttons to set the required time.
4. Save the set time with the options"
button.
Note
If the [timer] function is switched on, the
time is not displayed.
[IWD off]
You can use this function to switch off
the ice and water dispenser.
Attention!
Before switching off the ice maker, it is
most important that you switch the
water supply to the appliance off for a
few hours.
Empty and clean ice cube container.
Re-attach the ice cube container.
Ensure that the ice cube container
engages with the support.
Switching off IWD off
1. Press the options button until the
[IWD off] function is selected with a
triangle.
2. Activate by pressing the +"
selection button (function is
framed).
Switching on IWD off
1. Press the options" button until the
[IWD off] function is selected with a
triangle.
2. Activate by pressing the +"
selection button (function is
framed).
[quick ice]
You can use this function to accelerate
the production of ice cubes.
Switching on and off
Press the super/quick ice" button (only
functions if the freezer compartment,
refrigerator compartment and
cool fresh compartment displays have
not been selected on the display
panel).
When switched on, [quick ice] is
indicated on the display panel.
Note
If the [quick ice] function is activated,
the power of your appliance is
increased intermittently. This increases
the energy consumption.

[filter change]

After 6 months you are prompted via
the [filter change] display message to
change the water filter cartridge.
Activating the function
To reactivate the [filter change] function
after changing the filter:
1. Change water filter cartridge (see
chapter Water filter").
2. Press the options" button until the
[filter change] function is selected
with an arrow.
3. Press selection buttons -" or "+".
[filter change] display goes out.

Sabbatical mode

Sabbatical mode settings:
S Accoustic signal is switched off.
S Super cool or Super freezing
functions are ended (if activated).
S The interior illumination is switched
off.
S The light on the display panel is
reduced to basic lighting.
S Buttons are locked (except options"
and +" buttons).
Switching on and off
Simultaneously press options" button
and +" selection button for 5 seconds.
When switched on, [sabbath] is
indicated on the display panel.
Selecting the
temperature unit
The temperature can be displayed
in degrees Celsius (°C) or degrees
Fahrenheit (°F).

Selecting the temperature unit

Hold down super" and options"
buttons for 5 seconds.
Depending on the previous setting,
the display switches to the other
temperature unit.
Refrigerator
compartment
The refrigerator compartment
temperature can be selected
from +2 °C to +8 °C.
We recommend a setting of +4 °C.
Perishable food should not be stored
warmer than 4 °C.
Using the refrigerator
compartment
For storage of cakes and pastries,
ready meals, tinned food, condensed
milk, hard cheese, fruit and vegetables
sensitive to the cold: tropical fruit, e.g.
mandarins, bananas, pineapples,
melons, avocados, papayas, passion
fruit, aubergines, also fruit which
requires further ripening, tomatoes,
cucumbers, green tomatoes, potatoes.
When storing food,
comply with the following:
- Allow warm food and drinks to cool
down outside the appliance.
- To prevent food from losing its
flavour or drying out, place in airtight
containers.
- Do not block air outlet openings with
food, otherwise the air circulation will
be impaired.
- Avoid contact of oil and fat with the
plastic parts and door seal.
- Store high percentage alcohol tightly
closed and standing up, do not store
any explosive substances in the
appliance.
