1. Attach the Base Ground Wire (92). Press the
Base Cap (77) in.

2. Attach a Wheel (81).
3. Route the Upright Wire (70) through the Left
Upright (75).

4. Attach the Left Upright (75). Press a Base Cap
(not shown) in, and then repeat steps 2 and 4
on the right side.

5. Slide the Base Covers (73, 74) and the Upright
Covers (99, 93) onto the Uprights (75, 76).
