    ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant. During shipping, a small amount of lubricant may be transferred to the top of the walking belt or the shipping carton.
  • Page 7 2. Identify the Left Upright (73) and the Right Upright (74). Have a second person hold the Right Upright (74) near the Right Base Cover (77). See the inset drawing. Make sure the the long tie ex- tends from the rectangular hole in the Right Upright.

The Assembly connectors should slide together easily and snap into place. If they do not, turn one con- nector and try again.
  • Page 9 6. Partially tighten three 3/8" x 1 1/2" Bolts (64) with three 3/8" Star Washers (90) into the Right Upright (74). Next, partially tighten three 3/8" x 1 1/2" Bolts (not shown) with three 3/8" Star Washers (not shown) into the Left Upright (73). Then, firmly tighten all six Bolts.
