If you have questions concerning the operation of your Kodak EasyShare software, Kodak Home
Centre software or Kodak printer, you can speak to a customer support representative.
Before calling, please have the following information available.
Computer information
Computer model and operating system
Processor type and speed (MHz)
Amount of memory (MB) and free hard disk space
Printer information
Model number (located on top of the printer)
Kodak service number (located inside the printer)
Exact printer error message received in the Printer Status Monitor (Windows)
A printed test page (see Printing a test page)
Software information
Version of Kodak EasyShare software (from the Help menu, select
to view the About box)
