Sending a Call Alert (Page)

1.
Select the desired trunked
system with the rotary switch and
move the toggle switch to the
position.
2.
Enter the six-digit radio ID of the
radio you"re calling.
3.
Press the PTT to send the Call
Alert. If the radio you are calling
is turned on and is on the same
trunked system, you will hear five
beeps.
4.
If you hear "beep-bonk", the
called radio is turned off or not
on the currently selected trunked
system.
If the toggle switch is left in the
position, a continuous
"*"
"baaah" will be heard until the
toggle switch is moved to a
subfleet position.
