displayed at the top, all other
categories are listed in alphabetical
order.

There may be additional
subcategories to select from after
choosing one of these
subcategories. For example,
selecting Entertainment as a
category brings up another
subcategory list displaying Any
Entertainment, Casino, Movie
Theater or Performing Arts. Not all
categories have an associated
subcategory.
