From the Home Screen press Menu

Call
forwarding
Restrict outgoing calls to a fixed set of numbers.
This requires support from your network provider
and the SIM PIN2 code.
Select a voicemail service provider.
Specify a voicemail number.
Set Speed Dial keys. Key 1 is reserved for Voicemail.
Press and hold the number on the dial pad to call.
Set Call Barring options, network dependant.
Forward incoming calls to another number.
