SET DATE/TIME!
Erase fi les. Move onto media such as a computer.
Erase fi les. Move onto media such as a computer. Replace
with a new microSD card.
Remove and re-insert the microSD card.
Perform the following operations in order.
Backup fi les onto a PC etc.
Select [FORMAT HDD] in the media menu. (For microSD
cards, select [FORMAT SD CARD].)
Select [EXECUTE].
While holding down the event button, press the set lever.
Check that the power of the connected USB device is on.

Check whether the microSD card has been checked for
operability.
[HDD]
Perform cleanup.
Do not allow the camera to be subject to impact/vibrations.
Select [OK] and stop recording.
Use the camera in areas where it will not be subject to impact/
vibrations.
Reduce the number of videos that can be registered to a
playlist to less than 99 fi les.
Remove and re-insert the microSD card. (Multimedia cards
cannot be used.)
Remove any dirt from the microSD card terminals.
Insert the microSD card before switching the power on.
Perform cleanup or formatting.
Perform formatting.
Set the date and time. (If the display does not disappear
after completing the settings, the clock battery is exhausted.
Consult your nearest JVC dealer.)
