Printing from a Macintosh computer

Load print media. (See

From your application, open the file you want to print.

From the File menu, select Page Setup.

Verify the correct MFP is selected in the dialog box.

From the Paper menu, select the page size you are using, and then click OK.

From the File menu, click Print.

Printing the menu settings page

The menu settings page shows information including:
Current settings for each of the menu items for all menus
Cartridge information
A list of installed options and features
Installed MFP memory
Device statistics
Print a menu settings page to review the default print, fax, copy, and e-mail settings, and to verify that
MFP options are installed correctly.

Make sure the MFP is on.

Press the Administration (key) button.

Press the right arrow button to highlight Print Reports, and then press

again to select Menu Settings Page.
Note: With the Menu Settings Page, you can verify:
that the amount of memory installed is correctly listed under "Device
Information."
that the trays are configured for the sizes and types of print media you loaded.
that the network information and server information are correct.
that the options you installed are correctly listed under "Installed Features."
If an option you installed is not listed, turn the MFP off, unplug the power cord, and
reinstall the option. Refer to the Setup Guide for information on installing options.
