LAN port LEDs

Green and orange LEDs on the LAN (Ethernet) port on the modem's rear panel indicate link status and speed, as explained

Problem in the receive path.
Ready to handle user traffic.
In boot or commissioning phase.
Not ready to service user traffic.
The satellite modem is receiving power from its
power supply.
Modem temperature is too hot.
(If the modem overheats, it turns off. When it
cools it recovers to operational status.)
Not receiving power.

Corrective action
Check receive cable connection.
Make sure the environmental
temperature is within range, that the
modem is positioned vertically, and
that its vents are not blocked.
