    Thank you for your purchase of the Krell Showcase DVD. The Showcase DVD produces a brilliant video image through the use of the high bandwidth circuit architecture, pioneered by Krell in the DVD Standard, and is at the forefront of DVD video technology with HDMI, an optional scalable output stage.

    LED illuminates. This indicates that the component is in stand-by mode, a low power consumption status that keeps the audio and reg- ulator circuits at idle. Krell recommends leaving the component in the stand-by mode when not playing a disc.

    NTSC or PAL, depending on the disc format. The default standard is preset, and not selectable by the user. To get started, Krell recommends the following routine: Step 1 Connect the Showcase DVD to AC Power Plug the AC cord into the wall outlet.
