    ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY CAUTION: When unpacking grill components, two people should raise grill head from the shipping box. Take the leg assembly out from the shipping box, place it as shown. Front Left Leg Assembly Rear Right Leg Assembly Place bottom shelf to bottom shelf brace. Tighten the pre-installed screws to bottom shelf.

    Turn leg assembly upside down. Insert axle rod through wheel, wheel spacer, legs, other wheel spacer and wheel. Be sure to face “cone” side of wheel against leg.   • Page 21 This step requires two people to lift and position grill head onto cart. Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart. Make sure the regulator is placed between grease tray and front panel. Slide the grill head back until the pre-installed screws fit completely into the slots of cart brackets. Tighten the pre-installed screws to the fire box.
  • Page 22 Place left side shelf to the left side of firebox (A). Tighten the pre-installed screws to the left side shelf (B). Remove the nut from injecter, insert the injecter to the hole on the sideburner brace, re-install and tighten the nut to fix the injecter sideburner brace (C).
