Although the call log entres you receve have 10 dgts, (the area code plus the seven-dgt
number,) n some areas, you may need to dal only the seven dgts, or a 1 plus the seven
dgts, or a 1 plus the area code plus the seven dgts. You can change the number of dgts
that you dal from or store n the call log.
Whle revewng the call log, press # repeatedly to dsplay these dalng optons for local and
long dstance numbers before dalng or savng the telephone number.
De-regster all handsets and then regster the handsets agan (only one handset can be
regstered at a tme).
To de-regster all handsets:
Press and hold FIND HANDSET on the man telephone base for four seconds.

When the IN USE light starts to flash, release the FIND HANDSET button.
Press and release FIND HANDSET agan. The IN USE lght wll turn off and n a few seconds,

all handsets wll be de-regstered.
All handsets wll show NOT REGISTERED.

To regster a handset (regster one handset at a tme):

Place the handset n the telephone base or a charger that s connected to a power outlet.
If PRESS FIND HS 4 SEC ON BASE does not appear on the screen after a few seconds,
lft up the handset and place t n the telephone base or charger agan.
On the telephone base, press and hold FIND HANDSET for four seconds. Release

FIND HANDSET once the IN USE lght comes on.
After a whle, the handset wll emt a seres of tones. The newly regstered handset wll be
assgned the lowest handset number not prevously assgned to another system handset when
successfully regstered. Repeat steps 1 and 2 f the handset s not successfully regstered to
the telephone base wthn two mnutes.
Repeat the regstraton procedure for each system handset.
