graphics card is installed. If the external graphics card is installed in a PCI
slot, the internal graphics can be re-enabled using the system's BIOS setup

Graphics memory is shared with system memory. Graphics memory usage
can vary from 8-128 MB depending on the amount of system memory
installed and system load. 8 MB is pre-allocated for graphics use at system
boot time. Additional memory is allocated for graphics using Intel's Dynamic
Video Memory Technology (DVMT) to balance the optimum amount of
memory between graphics and other system use.
