ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION:
ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
USE CARE WHEN UNPACKING AS COMPONENTS TO BE
ASSEMBLED MAY POSE A SMALL PARTS/SHARP EDGE
HAZARD.
BATTERY ALREADY INSTALLED IN VEHICLE.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Check the forecarriage to be sure it is correctly fastened at points (A). Remove
the protective caps (B).
2 • Insert an iron washer on the pin of the forecarriage, as shown in the figure.
3 • (1)Insert one of the two front wheels: make sure you use the wheel shown in
Figure A. (2)Insert an iron washer.
4 • Insert a self-locking washer on the provided tool (shown in the figure).
Caution: The tabs of the self-locking washer must face the inside of the tool
(see small picture A). NOTE: the bag contains 8 self-locking washers. Keep 4 of

5 • Fasten the wheel as shown in the figure, pushing the self-locking washer
6 • Snap on the stud cover. Perform the same operations as the ones in Figure 2
7 • Insert a self-locking washer on the provided tool (shown in the figure).
8 • Remove the grey protective caps at the ends of the rear axle. Insert the axle on
9 • (1)Insert an iron washer on the axle. (2)Insert the axle into one of the two rear
10 • Insert the axle with the wheel into the hole of the gearmotor, pressing to be
11 • Turn the wheel slightly to match up the gearmotor pentagon with the one on
12 • Insert the bushing as shown in the figure, working from the other side of the
13 • Insert an iron washer as shown in the figure.
14 • Reposition the tool (used previously to insert the self-locking washer - see
15 • (1)Position the remaining wheel end insert an iron washer. (2)Insert a self-
16 • Snap on the remaining stud covers on both sides.
17 • Position the handle support.
18 • Slide on the handle, orienting it as shown in the figure.
19 • Fasten the handle with a washer and screw.
20 • Position the cap by inserting the tongue (1) into the rear notch of the support.
21 • Apply the silver decal.
22 • Apply the glass on the front light till it clicks.
23 • Snap the front luggage rack onto the bumper.
24 • Hook the bumper to the vehicle, inserting the hooks into the specific holes on
25 • Fasten the front luggage rack using the two supplied screws.
26 • Position and fasten the rear luggage rack using the four supplied screws.
27 • Rotate the red catch behind the saddle until bringing it to the position shown
28 • Connect the two plugs.
29 • Reposition the saddle by sliding the two pins into the holes on the tank. Turn
