Are there signal at pins (1), (12) and
(19) of VS connector?
Are there H-SYNC puls at pins (5),
(6), of IC801?
Are there RGB signal at pins (31),
(32) and (33) of IC801?
Are there RGB signal at pins (5), (7)
and (9) of CC connector?
Are there RGB signal at pins (9), (10)
and (11) of IC4028?
Are there RGB signal at pin (5) of
IC4001, R signal at pin (5) of IC4002,
B signal at pin (5) of IC4003?
Are there palus signal at pins (3)~(8)
of LCD panel?
Check the LCD terminals' waveforms
and connection with LCD panel.

Check peripheral circuit of IC4028,
IC4029, IC4030 and IC4031.
Check the LCD terminals' waveforms
and connection with LCD panel.
