Are signals fed from pins (2) thru (7)
of connector GP to the panel?
Yes
Does flicker happen?
Yes
Is frame pulse fed to pin (1) of
connector GP?
Yes
Is common bias at pin (24) of
connector GP as specified?
Yes
Panel in trouble.
Checking the image for shifting
Are signals fed via IC4074, IC4075
and IC4076 to the panel?
Yes
Panel in trouble.
No
IC4034, IC5002 or nearby circuit in
trouble.
Check connector CC. Do signals go
