SERVICE

1. Onlyusequalifiedservicetechnicianstoattempt
to service or repair flame safeguard controls and
burner systems.
2. Open the master switch to disconnect power
before removing or installing the detector.
3. If the C7015A is disassembled for any reason
(e.g., to replace the lead sulfide cell or bushing
with focusing lens), you must perform the Ad-
justments and Checkout, page 11.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

1. Clean the focusing lens andsightpipe when necessary.
Remove the detector and use a soft, clean cloth. lhe lens does
not require removal to clean it. If it is broken or damaged, or
the 110634A Bushing, which includes the focusing lens.
2. Keep the flame detection system adjusted for the
smoothest, most reliable operation as recommended by the
burner manufacturer.
3. Replace the bushing with focusing lens or the lead
sulfide photocell (Fig. 8)
