OPERATION
SNOW-CLEARING TIPS
For best efficiency, clear snow before it melts, refreezes and hardens. Do not
reduce engine speed while clearing snow.
Operating tips for clearing hard or deep snow:
Reduce forward speed. If that is not sufficient, use the shift lever to clear
snow with a back and forth motion.
Clear a narrower swath. Make several passes with the auger overlapping
the cleared areas.
If the snow is deeper than the height of the auger, remove it in several steps,
as shown below, or install the drift-breaker kit (optional part) that is available
from authorized Honda snowblower dealers.
