7. Seat safety switch operation check.
1. Move the P.T.O. lever to ON (Engaged).
Rise off the seat - the engine should stop immediately.
2. Return the P.T.O. lever'to OFF (Disengaged) and restart the engine.
Release the parking brake and place the shift lever in the 1st speed
range.
While driving slowly, rise off the seat - the engine should stop
immediately.
CAUTION: Perform this check on level ground, never on a slope.
