SPARK ARRESTER MAINTENANCE
If the generator has been running, the muffler will be very hot. Allow it
to cool before proceeding.
The spark arrester must be serviced every 100 hours to maintain its
efficiency.
Clean the spark arrester as follows:
1. Remove the five 6 m m bolts, and remove the muffler protector.

2. h m o v e the two 8 mm bolts a t the exhaust pipe and

the muffler stay.
Remove the muffler and spark arrester.
