When a major system error occurs, an error message is displayed on the IP-PT.

Probable Cause
• Sub CPU malfunction
• Sound hardware malfunction
• Flash memory malfunction
• Unexpected error
• Transmission error
• IP-PT not registered
• Connection refused by the
Hybrid IP-PBX
• IP address lease time from
DHCP server has expired
• IP address lease renewal was
refused by DHCP server
• Communication error with
sub CPU

Solution
• Replace the IP-PT.
• If this error is displayed
frequently, replace the IP-PT.
• Check with the network
administrator whether there is
a problem with the LAN.
• If this error is displayed
frequently, replace the IP-PT.
• Check the registration status
of the IP-PT.

administrator.
