Transferring Files using Beam File

Before attempting to transfer files, make sure the receiving Bluetooth device is in range, set to be discov-
erable by other devices, and set to receive incoming beams.
1. Touch
> File Explorer.
2. Navigate to the file you want to transfer.
3. Touch and hold on the file, then select Beam File on the popup menu.
4. The Bluetooth radio begins searching for devices. When a Bluetooth device is first found, it appears
as an "Unknown device". The
data is retrieved, the device IDs appear in the list.
During a search, Bluetooth
equipped devices found within
range appear on the screen.
5. Touch a device on the list to begin sending the selected file.
6. The selected device reads "Pending" while the terminal tries to connect.
7. Once a connection is made and the file is being transferred, the selected device reads "Sending".
8. The selected device reads "Done" when the transfer is complete.
