REPAIR AND mAINTENANCE

Turn power switch off before conducting any maintenance procedures.
q front Wheel/Chain Replacement

Using a Phillips screw driver,
remove the four (4) screws on the
right side of the motor cover (side
of the foot pedal throttle) and
remove cover.
q Rear Wheels/Rear Casters Replacement

Carefully flip unit upside down
and using a 24 mm wrench; loosen
nut on the caster and remove
caster.

Using a Phillips screw driver,
remove the three (3) screws on the
chain guard and remove the chain
guard.

Using two (2) 5 mm Allen
wrenches; loosen coupling bolt
and remove wheel. Install the
wheel into replacement caster.
Install replacement caster on the
Crazy Cart and tighten securely.

Using two (2) 16 mm wrenches,
remove the locknuts on the front
axle bolt and slide axle bolt out
from the front wheel. Carefully
remove the chain from around the
wheel sprocket and remove wheel
from the front fork. If replacing the
chain, also remove the chain from
around the motor shaft. Install
replacement wheel/chain.

WARNING: Failure to
properly install and tighten the
screws, nuts and bolts that affix the
steering wheel and seat can cause
you to lose control and crash.

properly adjust and tighten the
screws, nuts and bolts that affix
the wheels can cause you to lose
control and crash.
Note: Practice riding only in wide
open areas clear from curbs,
parking blocks and other obstacles.
Impacting the wheels against
any hard surface can damage the
wheels. Wheels are not covered
under your limited warranty.
