CAUTION!
The activities described in this manual should only be performed by
engineers, service personnel or technical specialists.
Ê First of all please familiarize yourself with the safety instructions in the
chapter "Important notes" on page
Ê Make sure that all the manuals you need (see service DVD) are available,
printing out the PDF files if necessary. You will definitely need the Operating
Manual of the sytem unit.
Ê Shut down the sytem unit correctly, switch it off and pull out the power plugs
as described in the
Ê Replace the defective component as described in the relevant chapter.
Ê Connect the cables to the sytem unit.
Ê Connect the sytem unit to the mains.
Ê Start the sytem unit and the server blades.
Ê If necessary, configure the operating system as required.
