Machine actions
Coff ee is brewed slowly.
(See note)
Coff ee leaks out of the dis-
pensing spout.
Causes
The coff ee grind is too fi ne.
The brew group is dirty.
The dispensing spout is clogged
or in the wrong position.
Note:
these problems can be considered normal if the coff ee blend has been
changed or if the machine has just been installed.

Solutions
Change coff ee blend or adjust the
grind as explained in the "Adjusting
the Coff ee Grinder" chapter.
Clean the brew group ("Brew Group"
section).
Clean the dispensing spout and its
holes.
Position the dispensing spout cor-
rectly.
