• Try testing the microphone by connecting the headset to a
smartphone and making a test call or recording a memo. If
you can hear yourself, the chat problem could be a game
issue, a problem on the recipients end, or some other
variable not related to the headset.

There is some interference. What do I do?

• Move the wireless transmitter slowly to find the best
transmission position for your receiver.
• Shorten the distance between your headphones and the
wireless transmitter. The maximum distance is up to 30 feet
(9.1 meters).
Why is there no communication between the
headphones and the wireless transmitter?
• Press the PWR button on the wireless receiver to turn on the
receiver. The headset has a sleep/standby mode feature to
preserve battery life. The headset goes into sleep mode if
there's no input for 3 minutes.
• Make sure that the wireless receiver batteries are installed
correctly. See "Installing the wireless receiver batteries" on
page 11.
• Make sure that the wireless receiver batteries do not need
replacing.
• Make sure that the wireless receiver and wireless transmitter
are paired. The LED indicator on the transmitter is solid blue
when the devices are paired. See "There is some
interference. What do I do?" on page 47 above if you need to
re-pair the devices.
• Turn off the wireless receiver and wireless transmitter, then
turn them back on.
• Press the reset button on the wireless receiver. See "How do I
reset the wireless receiver?" on page 48.
